Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

When you have half a can of leftover pumpkin and you don’t want to waste it…LOL. Very easy recipe.

  • Mix up a batch of pancake batter with bisquick, canned milk, and egg beater.
  • Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of canned unsweetened pumpkin
  • Add 1/4 tsp of Allspice
  • Cook in hot pan with melted butter or peanut oil

{Note: I cooked the turkey bacon first and didn’t change the butter; just added more}

  1. Those look great! I don’t have any pumpkin, allspice or bisquick, or canned milk, but they have stores for those things!
