This is an easy pork stew/soup that can be served over rice or with cornbread or tortilla chips.
- One T olive oil
- One poblano chili — cored and cut in thin strips
- One package pork stew meat (already cut up)
- Dry spices — one tsp each basil, cumin, chili powder + salt to your preference
- Better Than Bullion — 2 tsp mixed in 3 cups boiling water
Place all in crock pot in order listed above on high for 4 hours or until meat separates easily with a fork.
