This is quick and great with country gravy but since I’m on diet restrictions, I enjoyed it naked.
I always cook two of something so I don’t have to cook at the next meal.
Time: no prep, less than 10 for cooking
2 cube steaks
1/2 cup egg beater
3/4 cup Bisquick
Hot Hungarian paprika
1/4 cup Peanut oil
Dip the cube steaks in the egg beater and soak both sides
Place the Bisquick on a plate and season to your liking (I don’t use black pepper or salt)
Pick up each steak with a fork from the egg beater, let drip a little, then lay on the plate of seasoned flour, pat down, then flip over and repeat.
Drop into pan with hot oil and cook on each side for a few minutes
